Uttar Pradesh Police on Wednesday tweeted a snippet of Tinder’s advertisement to drive in the thought, ‘a no means no’ and lauded by many on the micro-blogging site. The small clip from Tinder’s promotional video in India clearly underlines, “It’s a match only when both swipe right.” The police stressed on the concept of mutual consent and shared the video with, “Even an app understands the importance of consent, why can’t you?”

New mom fails drug test for poppy seed bagel
Elizabeth Eden had eaten a poppy seed bagel before she went into labour. A doctor informed her that she was tested positive for opiates. He reported her to the authorities. “It was traumatizing,” she recalled while speaking to the media. Her being tested positive meant that her daughter would be kept in the hospital and will be monitored for the next five days. Eden was later assigned a case worker who closed her file determining her as “a legitimate case of the poppy seed defense,” media reports said.
